Community Outreach Coordinator Role Description:
​
As a Community Outreach Coordinator at Greenhouse Gives, you will play a vital role in building connections within our community and advancing our mission to foster compassion and interconnectedness. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing outreach strategies, conducting needs assessments, and gathering feedback from community members. You will establish and nurture relationships with local organizations, businesses, and individuals to promote Greenhouse Gives' initiatives and events. Additionally, you will collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for community engagement and help organize workshops and activities that align with our mission and goals.

Grant Writer/Fundraising Coordinator Role Description:

As the Grant Writer/Fundraising Coordinator at Greenhouse Gives, you will play a crucial role in securing funding and resources to support our mission of fostering compassion and interconnectedness within our community. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential funding sources, researching and preparing grant proposals and funding applications, and coordinating fundraising efforts and campaigns. You will work closely with the team to develop a sustainable financial model for the organization and ensure that our programs and initiatives are adequately funded to make a positive impact.

You will be responsible for managing and executing social media campaigns, creating engaging content, and analyzing social media performance, you will play a vital role in raising awareness of Greenhouse Gives' initiatives, events, and workshops. You will help develop marketing strategies and campaigns that resonate with the organization's goals and objectives. Additionally, you will leverage your passion for storytelling and drive community engagement by monitoring and responding to social media conversations, actively engaging with the online community, and ensuring brand consistency across platforms.
