Event Planner Role Description:

​

​The Event Planner/Coordinator at Greenhouse Gives will be responsible for organizing, coordinating, and executing a variety of events, ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This role involves working with vendors, organizations, and businesses to bring events to life, structuring schedules, and managing logistics to ensure successful, impactful experiences for the community.

  • Experience in event planning, coordination, or management, preferably within the nonprofit or community event sector.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
